Your pricing questions
What is a tracked retainer?
A project with a retainer covering today’s date. It releases its place when none of its retainers covers that date. Projects without a retainer do not count toward the plan limit.
Are my clients billed?
No. You invite as many clients as you want, on every plan.
What if I add someone to the team?
Nothing changes. Seats are unlimited.
Are AI agents billed?
No. An agent counts as a team member: unlimited on every plan.
What happens if I reach the limit?
You cannot add retainers beyond the plan limit. Tickets, comments, invitations and time entries on existing retainers keep working. You can choose a higher plan from billing.
Can I change plan along the way?
Yes, both ways, prorated.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Without a subscription, your workspace becomes read-only. You and your clients can still view the data. Nothing is deleted at the end of the trial.
Where is the data hosted?
On a Contabo GmbH server located in Germany. Your data is hosted in the European Union. Our email and backup providers may process some data outside the European Union, under the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
